Bill Cuffey
Keyboards, Bass, Drums, Songwriter, Arranger, Engineer, Producer and all around nice guy is how Bill describes himself. The youngest son of musician parents, at the age of 8 years, without any formal training or lessons of any kind, Bill just sat down and started playing the piano. Considered by the peers of his day to be a child prodigy, Bill became one with music in every aspect of his life including clothing and equipment. A self professed “Gear Head” Bill is an advocate of the latest technology and is constantly searching to improve the quality of his recordings.
His freshman release on Great Spirit Records is appropriately titled A Season Of My Life,. This collection of music written, performed, recorded and produced by Bill over the last fifteen years, is an eclectic fusion of styles from Jazzy Funk to Salsa that is anointed by the sheer power of it’s delivery and content.
